I enjoyed a close working relationship with Baruch during his time at VMWare. We were working on Virtual Infrastructure Navigator. As a front-end engineer I received good explanation and clear direction on UX requirements from Baruch.
I admire his dedication to user satisfaction and excellent UI graphic aesthetics.
Baruch always has a big picture of different VMware products. He provided me with detailed requirements to UI implementation of the segments and flows relevant to my work. This cooperation was eliminating unnecessary iterations on UI implementation, thus saving time, and establishing efficient process, and pleasant work relationships, and, at the same time, adhering to the development efforts and UI/UX requirements.
