I was Baruch’s direct manager of NetWeaver Israeli UX team. He was responsible for delivering wireframes and interactive pixel perfect mockups. Baruch successfully managed synchronization effort among remote UI/UX teams in USA, Israel and India, creating and conducting Formative Usability Tests in Germany and on some SAP professional events world-wide.

Baruch values dialogue. He listens, and he is able to show empathy to end-users and steak-holders. He is a very efficient and quick self-starter, having good work ethics and pleasant personality. Baruch is a motivated collaborative team player and having responsible attitude on all tasks he executed and managed during his work in SAP. Personally I was sad Baruch position was cut by SAP due to global financial crisis.

The first think that comes to my mind when thinking about Barouch is his kindness. This his the main key when you need interaction between people secondly his professionalism and original way of resolving issue. His out of the box thinking and clarity when need to put on the paper his work. His easy understanding and great experience of applications brings him a major asset.
